Our mind and body are resilient and have the innate healing power.

You might not be who you think you are. Your very perception or idea of who you are has been weaved into your mind over time.

Surviving an accident was the easy part; coping with the chronic pain would prove more difficult. Danna Pycher shares her story about trauma and the transformative insight she gained that allowed her to harness the healing power of the subconscious mind.

We, all of us, are born as blank slates. Through our experiences, we are programmed to have certain beliefs about who we are, what we can achieve in life and what type of person we should be. From birth until six we’re essentially living life in a hypnotic trance. It’s why we learn languages so quickly at this young age. We are sponges just joyously absorbing everything around us.

At this precious age, we set up the rest of our lives. What we learned from the age of zero until six is essentially the patterns or programming we begin to develop from adolescence or from then and repeat again and again from adolescent into adulthood.

We are patterns. Sometimes our patterns do not serve us. Those patterns are called disease, depression, obesity, and the list unfortunately goes on and on. The mind and body, the disease and thought are all interconnected.

When events happen in life they’re recorded. When a stressful event happens it is recorded as is. And that creates a certain level of shock on the mind, which therefore sends the stress signals down the nervous system, which in turn will tell the endocrine system to increase adrenaline and cortisol, and while those levels are increased, our immune levels are lowered.

The fact that we have these stress responses initially is not a bad thing. And the fact that our minds compound all of these situations over time without ever letting them go, every situation builds upon each other.

So the real reason we experience stress in reality as for our own good, for our own safety. So, the initial stress isn’t bad, the continual attachment to this stress is bad.

When we experience stress, there’s a recording in the subconscious mind and enough of these recording over time will cause havoc and an overstressed nervous system, which in turn cause an overproduction stress hormones and a suppression of immune function.

So, now the gold question: How do we reverse all of this?

There’s a new study dedicated to all of this called psychoneuroimmunology. The best way that Danna has found to take the study off the paper and into real life to intervene in the influence of stress on immunity, is hypnotherapy.

The mind and body are resilient and have the innate healing power, yet sometimes they just need a bit of guidance.

Her message is: If you can heal your mind, you can heal your life.

In the video below she exposes the connection between your mind, who you think you are and the potential onset of disease:

How can you develop a mindset of abundance?

There is enough for everyone in this world. The future is as bright as we want it to be. Things can seem to be bad when we focus on poverty, hunger, overconsumption and overpopulation. Being in a mindset of scarcity, of only saving money, of holding on to resources, believing that there is all kinds of lack, will attract more lack. Bring change by shifting your focus, by changing your paradigm, by having a mindset of abundance instead of scarcity.

Mindset of Abundance vs Mindset of Scarcity

Sure you have felt abundant in your lifetime. The feeling that good things seem to just come to you and happen for you is accompanying a mindset of abundance. Maybe it was a period where you were giving a lot, and noticed that you did not lack anything yourself. Perhaps you went on a winning streak in poker. Or a friend of yours attracts women effortlessly? All of these are a result of an abundant state of being. If you can feel that you have something, you will attract more of it.

A mindset of scarcity is the opposite. Life will confirm to you the scarcity you are expecting to see. By thinking that you cannot, you cannot. Your experience is a projection of your perspective. By focusing on all the things you can’t do e.g. due to not having enough money, not enough time, not enough skills, a lack of physical ability and so on you will spiral downward. Turn this around before you get into the downward spiral.

You can. Abundance is everywhere.

Commercials and media can help create a belief that we need more, we need to do more and become more. That we don’t already have enough. If we could just get that thing or do that thing that we saw someone have or do, we would be a little bit better. Relax and don’t engage in this chase. Just be. Content. Abundant. Naturally.

Our Civilization

Whether we know about every crime, every war, every corrupt person or group or have been raised without any news at all, we still have the same potential for creating a new earth. By being happy. By following our hearts. By knowing abundance. There are a lot of positive and magnificent feats the human race have managed to accomplish.

Peter H. Diamandis and Steven Kotler wrote the book Abundance: The Future Is Better Than You Think. It was published in 2012 and debuted at #1 on Amazon’s bestseller list. The book envisions a future where 9 billion people have access to clean water, food, energy, health care, education, and everything else that is necessary for a first world standard of living, all thanks to technological innovation. The book is a great example of one of the infinite ways in which abundance can play out.

The book has some really good points and is recommended for anyone looking for a positive perspective on how we humans can use science and technology to create a new earth. Technologies in computing, energy and medicine are improving at an exponential rate and allow independent innovators to achieve what today seems like impossible feats with little money or manpower.

How to Shift into Abundance

Knowing that you are abundant and that life is abundance is a great paradigm to be in. There are many ways you can shift your mindset into one of abundance. Here are some:

Get in the Mindset of “I Can”

Find a way in your mind to see that you can do everything, or at least that you could if you really wanted to. Get creative and see that you are able to think of ways in which you could do whatever it might be.

Think of Everything You Could Buy with Your Money

If you have a certain amount of money, i.e. 1000$, think of all the things you are able to afford with those 1000$. Two weeks on vacation? You could probably afford that. What else? Go skydiving a couple of times, buy a really good bike, etc.

Think in terms of using 1000$ for each of the things you want, like you have an unlimited number of that amount. By doing this you get into an abundant mindset without actually spending anything.

Be Grateful

By taking a few minutes to contemplate what you are most grateful for you get into a positive state where you focus on appreciating what you already have. By putting gratitude out into the universe, you will attract even more positivity into your life.

Give

Help out someone who is in greater need than you. Volunteer at a homeless shelter, or donate to charity. You can also give to someone that has more than you or a friend of yours. Give compliments, or smiles! Free hugs!

I share this information with you, abundant with tips on how to realize you are abundant, from my abundant creative mind. I also used the abundant resource “the internet”, and as knowledge and books are abundant I got inspired by one of those as well. Inspiration is really abundant. I hope this sparked some feelings of abundance in you!

H/T: Global Harmony Crew

“Kymatica” focuses on human and global consciousness and demonstrates how sick psyche of the human species creates this crazy illusion that brings all the pain and torment.

Deepens in the metaphysical aspects, by linking the ancient hidden myths with history, and modern life of society with the political regime. It also refers in shamanism, duality, the truth about the DNA and today’s misconceptions.

Ultimately, “Kymatica” is an amazing documentary that tries to emphasize the fundamental misconception that humanity faces today, which has resulted in imbalance between our planet, nature and species.

Relaying messages telepathically from one mind to the other may sound like something from a sci-fi movie. Well, this is exactly where this activity can be found. Guess what! Telepathy is possible and can be experienced in actual life.

No longer is reading minds a thing of fantasy, it’s now more factual than you think! It’s true, but it’s definitely different than the scenario that you’re used to.

What are we thinking?

During a series of tests, two people played a game which involved answering 20 questions. There were variables to this test that complicated the way you might view mind-reading. Despite being a kilometer away from each other and not allowed to communicate with talking, connections were made and messages were relayed. The indications of the experiment say that two people can communicate with one person guessing what the other is thinking. Could this be true?

Andrea Stocco, lead author in the experiment published in PLOS ONE, says:

This is the most complex brain experiment ever done, at least in humans. It uses conscious experiences in visual signals.

How

Well, it’s not easy to explain how this works, but I shall do my best. The first person is considered the “respondent” and is directly connected to an electroencephalogram (EEG) machine. This machine reads the brain activity of the subject in question. The second person is called the “inquirer” and is located in a separate room. The Inquirer is given a list of possible objects and a set of “yes” and “no” questions. The inquirer asks the questions which then show up on the respondent’s computer screen. The respondent answers, but not like you might think. There are no vocal answers, instead the respondent focuses on one of two flashing lights that mean “yes” or “no”. Interesting, huh? But that’s only the beginning.

The EEG machine then reads the respondent’s brain activity, sending the answer back to the inquirer by way of the internet. The “yes” or “no” signal activates a coil behind the inquirer’s head alerting them of the answer. If the answer is yes, the coil vibrates strongly, stimulating the visual cortex of the inquirer’s brain. What occurs next is simply astonishing. A huge flash of light, or a phosphine, appears in the inquirer’s brain, seen as a blob or set of wavy lines. To the inquirer, this is an indication of the answer, “yes”. After a series of questions, such as these, the inquirer can guess the object the respondent was thinking about.

Results

Around 72% accuracy was gathered with these tests, as opposed to only 18% accuracy during controlled testing. The controlled testing was merely done by placing a plastic spacer to block phosphene images. Phosphenes apparently play a large role in the success of the transference. As with the wrong guesses with the 72% accuracy results, scientists believe this comes from the fact that most people haven’t even experienced seeing phosphenes before. They just might not know how to interpret the flashes of light.

Next on the agenda, researchers wish to focus on transferring images from healthy brains to those which have been affected by stroke. The idea is to possibly provide something called “brain tutoring”. They also want to try transferring between brain states, say brains that are sleeping connected with fully aware brains – maybe even focused brains communicating with those affected by ADHD. The options could be endless! For now, we see another fantasy coming true. Stay tuned!

The Collective Intention is Able to Literally Transform The World

A phenomenon that spreads in recent years through blogs and social media is the collective intention (meditation/prayer). It is the synchronized attention of many people around the world in a particular issue.

Some are quite dubious about whether the thoughts, intentions or prayers can influence the world around them. For a quantum physicist on the other, it is a fact that our thoughts affect the world around us and it is something that has been proven in scientific studies.

What Studies Reveal about Collective Intention

In 1984 there an experimental study took place at three different gatherings of over 7000 people who did meditation each morning and evening for three consecutive weeks. The study took place in Fairfield, Iowa (December 17, 1983-January 6, 1984), The Hague, Holland (December 21, 1984-January 13, 1985) and Washington, DC (July 1-July 10, 1985). The results were surprising. Time series analysis was used in this study to rule out possibilities that the reduction in global terrorism was caused by pre-existing trends, drifts in data or cycles.

Scientists believe this is due to a coherent resonance being created in the Unified Quantum Field by those meditating.

Think of a laser. Its coherent light is established by what is known in physics as the Field Effect. The Field Effect’s principle, according to the Institute of Science, Technology and Public Policy is “that it is not necessary to act individually on each individual constituent of a system, but that the system can be handled in one stroke at the collective level.”

The 7,000 people meditating created a Field Effect of harmonious coherence that spread throughout the collective–which in turn helped to reduce acts of terrorism (incoherent, disruptive energy).

This effect, also known as the “Maharishi Effect”, has had over 600 scientific studies conducted in 33 countries and in over 250 independent research institutions. The evidence overwhelmingly correlates synchronized group prayer and meditation having extremely positive social, political and economic benefits to the world. Positive correlations for numerous health benefits to the individual were also observed and confirmed.

Today this structured and coherent energy is being calculated by the Global Consciousness Project (GCP), whose logistical home is the well-known Institute of Noetic Sciences. The GCP has been collecting data for over 15 years, with up to 70 host sites worldwide, using random number generators. The GCP notes that, “Random number generators (RNGs) based on quantum tunneling produce completely unpredictable sequences of zeroes and ones. But when a great event synchronizes the feelings of millions of people, our network of RNGs becomes subtly structured. We calculate one in a trillion odds that the effect is due to chance. The evidence suggests an emerging noosphere or the unifying field of consciousness described by sages in all cultures.”

Major world events, such as the 9/11 attack (2001), Nepal’s earthquake (2015), worldwide meditations (2015), along with many other events, have been recorded by the GCP and has shown that the synchronization of RNG’s has occurred when thoughts, emotions and intentions of many people from around the world get synchronized.

Dr. David Edwards, Professor of Government, University of Texas at Austin says:

“I think the claim can be plausibly made that the potential impact of this research exceeds that of any other ongoing social or psychological research program. It has survived a broader array of statistical tests than most research in the field of conflict resolution. This work and the theory that informs it deserve the most serious consideration by academics and policy makers alike.”

How this Phenomenon Can be Explained?

Theoretical physicist Dr John Hagelin explains:

“We now understand that everything in life is essentially one. At the basis of all of the variety of life there is unity. In our base we are all one, and this unity on the foundations of mind and matter is consciousness, universal consciousness. And with this deep understanding, that consciousness is not generated by the brain, it’s not the result of molecular, chemical processes in the brain, but it’s fundamental in nature, is the basis of nature, this call Unified Field.”

In the following video he explains more about this Unified Field:

He also says “It had been hypothesized, based on many different smaller experiments, that if enough people collectively were experiencing and stimulating this fundamental strong magnetic field of inner peace, it would radiate its influential peace and affect the behavior of people across society. What a novel thought… that with some extensive understanding and less strictly limited, narrow self-centered, enlarged vision, desperate acts of terrorism just did not really have a fertile field to take place.”

In the following video he speaks about the phenomenon, presenting research results:

This phenomenon is investigated until today. Here is a video with the power of collective meditation:

In 2016 there will be a free application – “Collective Consciousness”, which is based on researches and in coordination with the GCP, it will enable us to explore the nature of consciousness and reality, giving an extra boost to the creation of a “technology of consciousness.” You can see more in consciousness-app.com.
