What is Visual Meditation?

The website contains videos, mp3s and articles related to self-improvement and subconscious programming. How to watch the videos?

When watching a video or listening to an mp3, find a quiet place without having noise and distractions. Try to stay focused on what you watch and listen. Also, your intention should match the theme of the video and what you want to further improve on yourself.

The most important  is to be focused on what you watch (or listen) and know why you watch (or listen to) it. If thoughts are coming (eg .: “what to eat for dinner,” “what to do with this issue?”), do not “condemn” them, allow them to go through and try to remain focused. Once finished watching the video or listening to an mp3, relax. Then, carry your day without thinking about it.

How subliminal messages work and how they affect me?

Subliminal messages are messages (phrases and images) that operate below the level of conscious awareness and delivered in a way to be perceived from the subconscious mind. They may be audio messages and of course, visual.

For example, we can take the phrase “I am confident” and embed it into a music track where the conscious mind will not hear it clearly or in a video in which will be displayed for a split second, so the conscious mind will not have enough time to process it logically. What are brainwaves?
Brainwaves are the result of the brain’s electrical activity. Our brains emit continuously in various frequency bands from sleep to full wakefulness. All the sounds we hear every day emit a specific frequency (eg cars, birds, water flow) and generate an electrical response in the brain. When we hear a sound for some time our brain is tuned to it.

Our brain is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons, which use electricity to communicate with each other. The combination of millions of neurons sending signals at once produces an enormous amount of electrical activity in the brain, which can be detected using sensitive medical equipment (such as an EEG), measuring electricity levels over areas of the scalp.. The combination of electrical activity of the brain is commonly called a brainwave pattern, because of its cyclic, “wave-like” nature.

What is brainwave entrainment?

As mentioned above, the brain produces electrical activity 24 hours a day. This activity is measured with frequencies called brainwaves (brainwaves), wherein each wave represents different mental states. Many studies have shown that it’s possible to influence and even direct brain waves as we want, when listening to certain frequencies and vibrations. This process is called brainwave entrainment (BWE) and can be very effective if used correctly and thoroughly.

Even if the brain wave technology has been found to be completely safe for listening, it is recommended to listen up to an hour a day.

Do not use brain wave technology in the following cases:

  • If you suffer from epilepsy or similar disorders, or if you are prone to seizures

Are the results assured?

We started watching and listening to similar videos on YouTube and then started to create videos for ourselves. We noticed that they had profoundly positive effects on our way of thinking and our lives. A subliminal video or mp3 may have different results and experiences from one person to another. The results achieved are determined partly by having the corresponding intention and having the appropriate attention and concentration while watching or listening. If you don’t notice any change after 1 month, take some more time. If you still don’t see any change, probably the specific video does not respond to what you want to improve.
