In most cases, they teach you a certain set of manifestation techniques or, as some may call them, wish spells. They help you concentrate and direct your energy towards manifesting your desires.

However, there is a great need for certain rules or principles to be addressed and explained before you start practicing the law of attraction, or any other manifestation techniques. The following rules are quite simple and following them could help you get the results you want and bring your wishes into reality…

1. Being in the Now

One of the essential rules to follow when conducting any manifestation technique (here is an example of one very powerful technique called Glass of Water) or making a wish, is to be in the point of here and now. When you are able to stop your inner dialog and concentrate your thoughts on the present moment you gain a much better control of your energy flow. When you are being in the now you can direct your energy towards creating a hologram of your wish through creative visualization. In order for your wish to come true you need to see yourself in the reality where that wish had already came true. 2. Silence is Golden

There is a good reason why people say that silence is golden. There is no need to brag about your wish to others. By just talking about your wishes and desires you are wasting your energy on talking instead of doing something to make a wish happen. However, do keep in mind that discussing an action plan with others is totally different from gapping about your wish. When you talk about your wish without doing anything about it, you confuse the Universe. Would you prefer the Universe to just observe you talking about your wishes or actually give you energy towards achieving the goals that you have set?

3. Avoid the Middleman

When you are making your wish, concentrate on the wish itself and not on something that will help you bring that wish into reality. If you want a new car, a new house, a new job or a dream vacation then make it your wish. When you are wishing for money to make those things happen, you create a middleman. Divine does work in mysterious ways and there is really no way of telling how exactly the Universe will manifest your dreams. Just make sure that you avoid creating the middleman during your wish manifestation journey.

4. Ecology of Your Wish

It is very important for your wish to be in harmony with Nature. Wishing to harm someone or destroy something with time will have its negative consequences. Your intention is very important, so when you wish something bad to happen to another person, you are bringing it on yourself (or even your kin). You have probably heard about the law of karma. It is also important to realize that in today’s world of informational paradigm your wishes and your thoughts are just as important as your deeds. It is no longer enough to just do good things in order to attract good karma. Your thoughts and worldview have to be ecological as well in order for your wishes to come true.

5. Save Yourself

One saint once said: “Save yourself and thousands around you will be saved.” In other words, your wishes should be directed towards yourself. When your wish is directed towards somebody else and you wish them to do something or become someone they are not, you are just wasting your wish manifestation energy. If you truly want to help someone else, then become an example and stop forcing your own truth upon others. Even if eventually you succeed in making someone else do what you want, you just made that person a parasite who will feed on your truth.

Everyone has their freedom of choice and it is important for each one of us to apply it in life without interference with the freedom of others. In certain cases your kids until they turn 21 can be an exception. However, the most effective way is still being the example on how to live a happy life and sharing the knowledge of how you did it instead of wishing something for them or telling them what they should do.

In your mind and body, you possess the greatest and most sophisticated technology in all the world. When you know how to use it, precisely and accurately, you have the makings of a Super Power.

6. Time is Energy

Some law of attraction experts will tell you that you should set a concrete deadline for your wish to manifest, others will argue that you should make your wish and release it into the energy field. You can just treat time as energy of a certain frequency. Understanding the concept of time is very important to wish manifestation. Intricate wishes may need a certain amount of time to come true while other simple wishes may become a reality in a matter of weeks, days or even hours.

7. Follow the Signs

How can you turn problems into opportunities?

There is a known saying that says “We can’t choose the crises, but we can choose how to deal with them.” Finally, the way we deal with crises in life will determine if they are a great opportunity or a great condemnation, a great gift or a great punishment.

Let’s look at four steps, with which we can turn problems into opportunities, punishments in gifts, hardships in blessings.

1. Resist External Voices

Some of the largest and most successful personalities we know have repeatedly confessed that their road was full of thorns. They encountered rejections, obstacles, belittlement… and yet they turned their difficulties and problems into opportunities.

– Albert Einstein started talking when he was 4 years old. His teachers and parents thought he had a problem. He expelled from school and later failed the exams to enter the Swiss Polytechnic Institute in Zurich.
– Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper because “he was not having the imagination or good ideas.”
– The Alchemist of Paulo Coelho has sold only 800 copies in the first edition and the publisher decided to withdraw it. Today is the fifth best-selling book of all times with 65 million copies.
– The modeling agents of Marilyn Monroe thought that she had to follow a career as a secretary.
– Beethoven’s teachers thought that he was not susceptible to the violin and that he could never make it as a composer.
– Mahatma Gandhi was afraid to speak in public and during his first case as a lawyer, he left the courtroom.
– The teacher of Elvis Presley in high school told him that he could not sing.
– Michael Jordan was dismissed from the basketball team of the school.
– The novel of J.K. Rowling’s, “Harry Potter”, was rejected by 12 publishers.
– The actor Sidney Poitier was told, during a hearing, to “stop spending the time of people and become scullion or something.” Later in his career won Oscar and became one of the most respected actors.
– Vincent Van Gogh at the beginning only sold one painting for 400 pennies. That didn’t stop him from completing 900 projects, which today are worth millions.
– Thomas Edison’s teachers said he was “too stupid to learn anything.” Eventually, he was he who built the electric lamp.

The common element of all these people is that they didn’t give up at the first rejection nor the second nor the third… Discard the fear of rejection and try again. What people say to you is their own truth, not your own.

2. Take responsibility for Your Problems

Things do not happen to you but happen FOR you. Things do not happen by luck but through your effort, you succeed! This is a very difficult but important perspective, that if you keep it, you inevitably will lead to a question: “Why is this happening to me?” And the answer can be no other than one which regards yourself alone. What choice, belief or attitude of your past brings you face to face with the present difficulties?

When you take responsibility for your problems, you authorize yourself to find the solution. As long as you refuse to adopt this attitude, so will you meet, always, problems, difficulties, and hardships, which would authorize others to redeem you -and of course this will never happen. Your problem, your solution!

3. Do Not Stop Moving

The worst thing you can do when you are confronted with difficulties is to be paralyzed by fear and fall into inertia. Unfortunately, this is a trap that many people fall when encountering major problems. However limited you think your potential are, you shouldn’t stop trying for new solutions, asking for help, “downloading” ideas and trying to apply them. If you have followed the first two steps, the more likely you will find a solution.

4. Adapt

Finally, if you have done everything and the situation does not change or is out of your control, then remains the last and perhaps most important step, adaptation. Charles Darwin said: “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most adaptable to change.” And it is a great truth. Moreover, what we are today is due to the resilience of millions of species before us. So this is the most guaranteed recipe billion years.

If you can’t change the situation, change yourself. Maintain your principles, but change the way you see things. The greatest nonsense we do is that we stick to an old way of perceiving things, which doesn’t serve us anymore.

And of course, one should not be surrender without a fight, but when you feel that you did everything you could to change the situation, then… Just let go. Hermann Hesse said, “No permanence is ours; we are a wave that flows to fit whatever form it finds.” As soon as you decide that you can’t wait for the situation to change and decide to adapt, you will feel a deep relief on the depth of your being.

So, do not let others limit your dreams and goals, take responsibility for the problems and their solutions and try to apply many different solutions. If the situation does not change, then change yourself. This is the “recipe” to turn problems into opportunities!

You might not be who you think you are. Your very perception or idea of who you are has been weaved into your mind over time.

Surviving an accident was the easy part; coping with the chronic pain would prove more difficult. Danna Pycher shares her story about trauma and the transformative insight she gained that allowed her to harness the healing power of the subconscious mind.

We, all of us, are born as blank slates. Through our experiences, we are programmed to have certain beliefs about who we are, what we can achieve in life and what type of person we should be. From birth until six we’re essentially living life in a hypnotic trance. It’s why we learn languages so quickly at this young age. We are sponges just joyously absorbing everything around us.

At this precious age, we set up the rest of our lives. What we learned from the age of zero until six is essentially the patterns or programming we begin to develop from adolescence or from then and repeat again and again from adolescent into adulthood.

We are patterns. Sometimes our patterns do not serve us. Those patterns are called disease, depression, obesity, and the list unfortunately goes on and on. The mind and body, the disease and thought are all interconnected.

When events happen in life they’re recorded. When a stressful event happens it is recorded as is. And that creates a certain level of shock on the mind, which therefore sends the stress signals down the nervous system, which in turn will tell the endocrine system to increase adrenaline and cortisol, and while those levels are increased, our immune levels are lowered.

The fact that we have these stress responses initially is not a bad thing. And the fact that our minds compound all of these situations over time without ever letting them go, every situation builds upon each other.

So the real reason we experience stress in reality as for our own good, for our own safety. So, the initial stress isn’t bad, the continual attachment to this stress is bad.

When we experience stress, there’s a recording in the subconscious mind and enough of this recording over time will cause havoc and an overstressed nervous system, which in turn cause an overproduction stress hormones and a suppression of immune function.

So, now the gold question: How do we reverse all of this?

There’s a new study dedicated to all of this called psychoneuroimmunology. The best way that Danna has found to take the study off the paper and into real life to intervene in the influence of stress on immunity, is hypnotherapy.

How can you develop a mindset of abundance?

There is enough for everyone in this world. The future is as bright as we want it to be. Things can seem to be bad when we focus on poverty, hunger, overconsumption and overpopulation. Being in a mindset of scarcity, of only saving money, of holding on to resources, believing that there is all kinds of lack, will attract more lack. Bring change by shifting your focus, by changing your paradigm, by having a mindset of abundance instead of scarcity.

Mindset of Abundance vs Mindset of Scarcity

Sure you have felt abundant in your lifetime. The feeling that good things seem to just come to you and happen for you is accompanying a mindset of abundance. Maybe it was a period where you were giving a lot, and noticed that you did not lack anything yourself. Perhaps you went on a winning streak in poker. Or a friend of yours attracts women effortlessly? All of these are a result of an abundant state of being. If you can feel that you have something, you will attract more of it.

A mindset of scarcity is the opposite. Life will confirm to you the scarcity you are expecting to see. By thinking that you cannot, you cannot. Your experience is a projection of your perspective. By focusing on all the things you can’t do e.g. due to not having enough money, not enough time, not enough skills, a lack of physical ability and so on you will spiral downward. Turn this around before you get into the downward spiral.

You can. Abundance is everywhere.

Commercials and media can help create a belief that we need more, we need to do more and become more. That we don’t already have enough. If we could just get that thing or do that thing that we saw someone have or do, we would be a little bit better. Relax and don’t engage in this chase. Just be. Content. Abundant. Naturally.

Our Civilization

Whether we know about every crime, every war, every corrupt person or group or have been raised without any news at all, we still have the same potential for creating a new earth. By being happy. By following our hearts. By knowing abundance. There are a lot of positive and magnificent feats the human race have managed to accomplish.

Peter H. Diamandis and Steven Kotler wrote the book Abundance: The Future Is Better Than You Think. It was published in 2012 and debuted at #1 on Amazon’s bestseller list. The book envisions a future where 9 billion people have access to clean water, food, energy, health care, education, and everything else that is necessary for a first world standard of living, all thanks to technological innovation. The book is a great example of one of the infinite ways in which abundance can play out.

The book has some really good points and is recommended for anyone looking for a positive perspective on how we humans can use science and technology to create a new earth. Technologies in computing, energy and medicine are improving at an exponential rate and allow independent innovators to achieve what today seems like impossible feats with little money or manpower.

How to Shift into Abundance

Knowing that you are abundant and that life is abundance is a great paradigm to be in. There are many ways you can shift your mindset into one of abundance. Here are some:

Get in the Mindset of “I Can”

Find a way in your mind to see that you can do everything, or at least that you could if you really wanted to. Get creative and see that you are able to think of ways in which you could do whatever it might be.

Think of Everything You Could Buy with Your Money

If you have a certain amount of money, i.e. 1000$, think of all the things you are able to afford with those 1000$. Two weeks on vacation? You could probably afford that. What else? Go skydiving a couple of times, buy a really good bike, etc.

Think in terms of using 1000$ for each of the things you want, like you have an unlimited number of that amount. By doing this you get into an abundant mindset without actually spending anything.

Be Grateful

By taking a few minutes to contemplate what you are most grateful for you get into a positive state where you focus on appreciating what you already have. By putting gratitude out into the universe, you will attract even more positivity into your life.

Give

Help out someone who is in greater need than you. Volunteer at a homeless shelter, or donate to charity. You can also give to someone that has more than you or a friend of yours. Give compliments, or smiles! Free hugs!
